Kaz understood immediately what I was looking for in my second apartment in Tokyo, and was very helpful in every step of the process. I thought I had a firm idea of what I wanted, but I ended up going with one of Kaz's suggestions that didn't quite fit my original idea -- and I am glad I did! Once I even ran into a plumbing problem in my old apartment just a week before I moved, and even though it wasn't related to my move at all, I asked for Kaz's help and he was kind enough to find me the phone number of a plumber on a Saturday evening. When I explained my situation to Kaz why I needed to find an apartment urgently, he listened attentively and quickly chose a list of apartments that fit into my requirements. I was glad to find one in two days. After signing the contract lease, he would do an extra mile - unlike other agents I had met before - to set up the utilities in the new apartment, brought the new keys to my previous place and went to the convenience store to pay the fire insurance on my behalf. A day after I moved into the new place, all AC units could not function due to the faulty generator. I called him up. He immediately contacted the management company and pushed the staff to have it repaired as soon as possible. He knows I cannot really speak Japanese so he is very earnest to help me. Kaz is a client-oriented and responsible agent. I will definitely contact him if I plan to move again and also recommend him to my friends who are looking for new apartments.
