Once you get to know Kaz, there is no one else you can ask to help you find a house in Tokyo. three strongest point about him is transparency, speed, and smart. In English or in Japanese, I have no other recommendation other than him.

Friends who had worked with Kaz previously referred us to him when we moved into Japan. We could not have had a better experience as Kaz was extremely knowledgeable about the Hiroo / Shibuya area, super flexible and accommodating, even when we threw time-sensitive asks his way, and he always responded to our requests quickly and positively.
I had heard that it can sometimes hard for foreigners to be approved for apartments, but Kaz brought a lot of knowhow and positive energy to our search and we quickly found the one we wanted and were approved.
Speaking as a foreigner, new to Tokyo, we Highly recommend Kaz.

Kaz helped my wife and I find the perfect place in Shibuya! We were quite picky with our criteria (garden, budget, near the station, etc.) but he was able to narrow it down to four awesome places, which we all toured together and decided on the same day. I can highly recommend Kaz for anyone looking for a nice place to live in the city!
