Mr. Kaz Harada served as my housing agent when I moved to Tokyo from Minnesota,US in August 2016.  He gathered information well before my arrival (in May 2016) and sent photos of possible apartment homes for me to peruse based on my answers to the questionnaire I answerred.  He was pleasant and respectful of my wishes and continued to answer questions I emailed regarding our home well after we had signed papers.  We have moved in and enjoying our Tokyo home now.
