This was the second time I had worked with Kaz to find an apartment in Tokyo, and as last time he was very friendly, helpful and competent.
Being the second time, Kaz already had a good idea of the type of places which I liked, and in one day we were able to agree on an apartment for me and my partner.
He made the transition from my old apartment to the new one seamless, organising the redirection of mail and bills. Within two weeks the contract was signed and we were in our new place with no major trouble!
