Despite the difficulties linked to my case as a foreigner and in a difficult period to find available apartments (close to Obon, little turnover) Kaz hanged on and he ended by finding a place that fit with all my requests and whims. He speaks perfectly english, what helps a lot with the owner and he still does after-sales service by offering to remain the interface between the tenant and the landlord. Very helpful, I am very grateful to him.
