After weeks of working with Japanese agencies and not knowing what was going on half the time I finally gave in and decided to use Kaz as so many of my non Japanese coworkers had recommended him. Wish I had started working with him from the beginning. With 2 weeks until my move date, Kaz was able to show me a good number of apts within my budget and preferred train line. He was also in regular contact by email and let me know the situation each step of the way.
