Hikari provides world-class service that is unmatched, especially for newcomers to Tokyo. Kaz and Hitomi worked diligently on my behalf to navigate through a complicated housing process. In the end, I got a great apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Tokyo. Kaz was with me the whole time throughout. The team really does know everything that is possible when renting an apartment here. On the way there were many blocks because of documentation on my side and they showed amazing patience and persistence at helping me find an great place to live.
