Kaz' fluency in English as well as his very nice personality allayed my worries of not being able to find an apartment and made looking for one fun. The reason I decided to ask for his services again was because that first time he found somewhere which matched my requirements very well. On top of that, I felt he went the extra mile in terms of the quality of service. This time again, Harada-san was on top of his game and could find a really nice apartment for us in a great location.
