Kaz was a breath of fresh air in the daunting task of finding a suitable place to call home in Tokyo. Not only does he speak fluent English, he has the rare ability to actually listen to what you want. He only showed me places within my budget and to my preferences. We thoroughly discussed criteria and options in the office prior to shortlisting 4 apartments to visit of which I chose one that I'm happy with. Unlike some agents, Kaz also follows through even though his agency fee has been finalised. He explains all the contractual details, building regs and offers his assistance for any future question that I may have. I highly recommend him, especially for new arrivals.
