Having had a great experience with him the last time I looked for an apartment, when it came time later to search for a work space I reached out to Kaz first thing.  True to form, he was very helpful and worked quickly to find options to evaluate and compare.  My Japanese skill is low and as before Kaz went the extra mile in helping me work through the process, handling translation and communication above and beyond what is expected of him.   I highly recommend Kaz Harada for anyone looking for real estate in the Tokyo area, but especially for those less conversant in Japanese, he is truly invaluable.
