I would recommend Kaz Harada for anyone who is new to Tokyo and looking to ease their anxiety about apartment hunting.  Kaz sent a detailed questionaire to me well before I moved to Tokyo. it was clear and helped me organize my wants and needs.  He also sent me a couple of apartments beforehand which helped me decided if what I wanted was actually practical.  The actual apartment hunting was easy and I was able to an apartment that best suited my needs.  Thanks Kaz for all your help.
