The renting system in Japan is very confusing and built in tradition which makes it difficult to navigate for foreigners. More than just having a native English speaker to help with the process, Kaz is a English speaker who spent a substantial time abroad which makes him sensitive to the needs and requests of foreign customers in Japan. He was helpful from the beginning to the end of the renting system. We're very happy with the office he helped us acquire and are excited to move forward with our company at the new address!
