We sat down and went over the details of the place we were looking for. We were specific to an area and the place needed to be pet friendly. Kaz gave a nice list of places in which we ranked our interest. The following Sunday we looked at the available places and soon realized we had found what we were looking for.  Kaz went the extra mile and negotiated a fantastic deal from the originally listed conditions. Building a high tech startup in Tokyo Japan at the best of times is tremendously difficult. Something straight forward such as renting office space is infamously difficult due to Japanese risk-aversion on multiple levels.
