Thanks Kaz! From the first contact we could easily see the difference between a professional and some of the clowns we had been dealing with. We sat down and went over the details of the place we were looking for. We were specific to an area and the place needed to be pet friendly. Kaz gave a nice list of places in which we ranked our interest. The following Sunday we looked at the available places and soon realized we had found what we were looking for.  Kaz went the extra mile and negotiated a fantastic deal from the originally listed conditions. Cleaned up the paperwork quickly and I especially liked having the contract in English. Very professional, great communication and couldn’t have gone smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
