Kaz from Hikari is head and shoulders above the other 2 agents I dealt with. He was prompt and engaged in every meeting and had a relaxed manner about him (not stuffy at all). The thing I appreciated most is he called every apartment I was interested in right in front of me - loved the transparency there. Nothing was hidden. It was basically - 1) you want to see the apartment 2) call them in front of you to make sure it's available 3) let's go see it right now. Recommending them to all my colleagues.
