What can I say? Well, a lot actually. As a foreigner coming in and trying to find a place, we went through a few real estate agents. they mostly showed us corporate housing type units which is what we specifically said we didn't want. We wanted a smaller building, maybe a house with a local vibe. After looking at many places and nearly giving up, we met Kaz. We told him exactly what we wanted and to our shock, he showed us places that actually had all the things we wanted, he negotiated for us, and was a real quality ally in finding a place here in Tokyo. I would highly recommend that everyone give Kaz a call. I only wish we could have called him earlier! We wasted so much time with other agents and with Kaz, we got a place in the first 2 weeks! He translated the entire contract for us as well, I can't say enough good things about this guy.

His streamlined, interactive search process, which includes the tenant (me) in the actual search process from the first step was extremely helpful.
