My wife and I tried at least 5 real estate agents, and Kaz was the best. He was the only one who found exactly the flat we were looking for (perfect location, size, etc.) at a cheaper rent than we expected. Because we were still in quarantine, Kaz arranged for a Skype viewing. Kaz is also stunningly prompt in responding to our queries - even during evening and weekends.
