Friends who had worked with Kaz previously referred us to him when we moved into Japan. We could not have had a better experience as Kaz was extremely knowledgeable about the Hiroo / Shibuya area, super flexible and accommodating, even when we threw time-sensitive asks his way, and he always responded to our requests quickly and positively.
I had heard that it can sometimes hard for foreigners to be approved for apartments, but Kaz brought a lot of knowhow and positive energy to our search and we quickly found the one we wanted and were approved.
Speaking as a foreigner, new to Tokyo, we Highly recommend Kaz.
